What time can I arrive ?
At the Atrium Hotel****, the rooms are available from 2 p.m.
What time must I check out ?
You must leave the room before 12 noon.
Can I stay in my room longer ?
If you wish to retain your room longer, please contact the front desk in order to see is the room is still available and to determine the amount of the extra charge.
Can I arrive earlier? Can I leave my bags ?
You have the possibility to arrive earlier depending on the availability of your room.
What if I arrive late ? Will there be someone to welcome me on my arrival ?
Our front desk is open 7 days a week and 24/24, so there will be somebody present at reception to welcome you whatever your arrival time.
What are the opening hours of reception ?

What methods of payment are accepted ?
The Atrium Hotel**** accepts payment in cash as well as credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, CB, Maestro).
“Chèques-vacances” are also accepted.
How do I get to the hotel ?
By car:
Take the A7/E15 motorway in the direction of Marseille / Saint-Etienne and continue for 94.5 km. Then take exit 14 Valence-Nord and continue for 1.2 km. You have arrived in Valence. Take the direction of Avenue de la Marne. The Atrium Hotel**** is on your right at 20 rue Jean-Louis Barrault.
Take the A48/E711/E713 in the direction of Strasbourg / Lyon / Voiron / Valence and continue for 82.1 km. Then take exit 35 for Lyon / Valence-centre / Bourg-lès-Valence and continue on the N7 for 294 m. You are now in Valence. Take Avenue Sadi Carnot and continue for 164 m. Take the next left into Faubourg Saint-Jacques. The Atrium Hotel****is on your right at 20 rue Jean-Louis Barrault.

- From the airport:Paris – Roissy Charles de Gaulles Airport: 606 km
Lyon St Exupéry Airport: 120 km
Grenoble Airport: 78 km
Car rentals are available at the airport.
- From the TGV station:Take the train for Valence TGV Station.
Once at the Valence TGV Station take the INTERCITEA bus for POLE BUS – price €1.20. Get off the bus at the rue du Faubourg Saint-Jacques. The Atrium Hotel**** is located at 20 rue Jean-Louis Barrault.
The CTAV bus network serves the communities of the Valence urban district.

- From the train station of Valence city centre:
Take the INTERCITEA bus in the direction of POLE BUS (€1.20). Get off the bus at rue du Faubourg Saint-Jacques. The Atrium Hotel**** is located at 20 rue Jean-Louis Barrault.
Do you organise airport transfers ?
Yes, we can organise transfers from the airport to the hotel on request.
Do you have a parking area ?
Yes, the Atrium Hotel**** has free parking, subject to availability on arrival.
Do you have a luggage storage area ?
Yes, the Atrium Hotel**** has a luggage storage area where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early or in the case of a late departure.
Do you have an internet connection at the hotel ?
The entire hotel is equipped with free, unlimited and totally secure internet access.
Is the hotel air conditioned ?
Yes, the hotel has air conditioning throughout the premises.
Can you help me organise visits and excursions during my stay in Valence ?
The reception of the Atrium Hotel**** works in collaboration with the Valence Tourism Office to propose and advise you on visits and excursions to Valence and its surrounding area.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool ?
No, the hotel does not have a swimming pool. You can go to the swimming pool of the Polygone de Valence, located 5 minutes from the hotel.

Do you have you of bathtubs or showers ?
All our rooms have Italian showers.
Do you provide toiletries in the rooms ?
Welcome products are provided in the rooms (shower gel, shampoo, body milk and soap).
Is it possible to have an extra bed ?
It is possible to install an extra bed in your room on request at reception and according to availability.
Is it possible to have a baby cot ?
Reception provides baby cots on request and depending on availability.
Do you have rooms with 2 separate beds ?
Yes, 16 rooms have separate beds.
Do you have rooms with a balcony ?
Six of our rooms have loggias.
Do you have any rooms with a terrace ?
The Atrium Hotel does not have rooms with a terrace.
Can I have a street view or a courtyard view ?
The configuration of the Atrium Hotel**** gives you the possibility of a street view or a courtyard view.
Do you have rooms for persons with reduced mobility ?
Three of our rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
What is the size of your rooms ?
Our rooms have an area ranging from 17 m² to 37 m².
Do you have a restaurant in the hotel ?
The Atrium Hotel**** does not have a restaurant. However, you have the possibility to go to one of our partner restaurants.
What are the hours of the breakfast service ?
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. everyday.
What is the price of the breakfast ?
The price of the buffet breakfast is €16 per adult and €8 for children from 1 to 3 years old.
The coffee-croissant formula is available until 11 a.m. for €8.
Is there a minimum age to make a reservation?
You must be of legal age (18 years old) to make a reservation.
What is your policy for children ?
At the Atrium Hotel****, children from 0 to 2 years old are free, and those from 3 to 12 years old benefit from special rates.
What is the maximum number of guests per room ?
For the standard room, the maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 child (with extra bed on request and depending on availability).
For the duplex rooms, the maximum capacity varies from 1 to 4 persons.
Do you accept pets ?
We accept pets with an extra cost of 10€ per day and per pet.
